This 60 minutes-long yoga class will help you reset the balance of body and mind using the breath to move consciously. It combines dynamic flows with resting poses, strengthening and stretching practices that allow both to challenge the body and relax. It includes elements from traditional Hatha Yoga like meditation and breath expansion techniques (Pranayama). The ideal break to start the week more centered and filled with energy. New and more experienced yoga practitioners are welcome!
